Harry Bryant suffered a catastrophic ankle injury this past summer, questioning his health for the 2022 Vans Pipe Masters. However, learn how he sees his injury as a blessing.
Harry Bryant unapologetically sports a bowl cut. If more convincing is needed to prove that this jovial Australian is in search of anything less than good times and better waves, a quick browse through his Instagram account is all that’s required. Raised on the East Coast of Australia, Harry began his surf career with experimentation in the contest world before learning that his calling was in front of the camera, with a personality that can barely be contained. The man is always in the water. His style is fast, technical and uncompromising, with equally as much confidence in the air as in a barrel. It’s why Monster Children has stated him as “Australian surfing personified,” a tribute to his dedication for whatever it takes to earn a good wave, even if that means a steady diet of beans and untold hours behind the wheel or in the air.
